Sarazin first contacted creative.threshold in 2020 to create some additional renders for their SILK ONE marketing campaign. Since then the development has expanded to Silk Lane. Architect: Nettleton Tribe. Located in Woolloongabba, there is no better seat to watch the latest game at the Gabba, and I’m sure the Olympic Games 2032 will ensure some spectacular views. Lets not forget he Woollongabba Cross River Rail Station. When Sarazin’s full vision is complete, Stanley street will be transformed, and the Gabba precinct will be an amazing place to live.

In addition to Silk lane precinct, a DA render was produced for Nuage. Also located in Woolongabba, this project, designed by HAL Architects is going to be amazing. Might be time to begin investing in Woolongabba. Only good things ahead.
