ABOUT  creative.threshold

creative.threshold was established by Simon Finger as a boutique architectural visualisation company in 2012. Previously, since 2007, it had been known as Simonfinger-3DVisualisation. The creative.threshold office is located at Suite 4/123 Muriel Avenue, Moorooka, in Brisbane.

creative.threshold is a boutique studio, which means that you, as a client, will benefit from working directly with Simon. You work literally with the owner – no ‘junior artists’ or middlemen are assigned to your project. And due to his experience in architecture, Simon can interpret your drawings/sketches and, if necessary, is able to work directly with the architect/designer to resolve any unresolved issues/details. And for any complex projects with extreme deadlines, Simon is happy to collaborate with other selected artists whom he knows and trusts.

Simon’s 3D visualizations help clients, builders, developers and promoters to appreciate their designs and projects more clearly and to obtain planning permission from regulatory authorities far more easily. His illustrations have made property marketing more appealing because his attractive and realistic renditions allow future purchasers to preview a building yet to be erected – whether it be large or small – before making a purchase.

about simon finger

The Director of creative.threshold is Simon Finger, a highly regarded digital artist. For more than 15 years, he has been working, face-to face and online, with architects, designers, developers, interior designers, and marketing agencies to materialise graphically their creations and marketing ideas.
Simon studied Architecture at the University of Queensland, but became aware that his skills were in visualisation – helping architects to realise their ideas in 3D form. With a cutting edge style and capacity to more than exceed client expectations, Simon today is frequently called upon because of his professionalism, creativity, ability to meet deadlines, and communicative skills.
As Simon has said:
At times I have tried to grow the business with staff, and even partnering with others, but I have realised over time that my true calling is not to manage staff, but to work directly with architects/clients themselves, to be a proactive artist at all stages of a project. And I know from experience that my clients much prefer to work directly with the artist.”

Why not talk to Simon Finger directly to discuss your needs?
